Customer Service
I work one-on-one with all of my clients to find out what their needs are and I keep in touch with them to see if anything needs
to be changed or fixed or added. I develop relationships with my clients so I'm not just working for a client, I am working for a friend.
24/7 Access
While I do have a personal life, and I have to sleep sometimes, I am available whenever my clients need something. Whether it's a small or big change,
I will do my best to make any changes requested. My clients also have 24/7 access to their website under construction. This way they can keep up with
my progress and approve or suggest changes before the site goes live.
Client Portal
All of my clients have access to a client portal. This is an area of my website that they can log into, using a username and password set up when their
contract was agreed upon. From this portal clients can view the progress of my work on their site, request changes and/or additions,
submit a help ticket, or pay their bill.
