CWS provides client based support for you in the form of email and telephone contacts, application documentation and FAQ's.





Support Policy:
All support inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible. CWS will try to resolve any support issues within 24 hours, but due to the nature of some problems, there is no guarantee that your support issue will be resolved within the first 24 hours.  Custom Web Solutions prides itself on providing it's clients with the best of customer support.
Urgency Action Description
normal Call or email CWS During normal business hours, you can call 573-893-4366. In cases where your problem cannot immediately be solved , a ticket will be opened on your behalf. 
urgent Call CWS If you believe something to be seriously wrong, and it is not during business hours, you may call 573-893-4366.  Please do not abuse this feature.  An urgent support request is as follows:
Your site is down
Your site is corrupt or has been hacked. (If you corrupted your site, you may place an urgent ticket/phone call, but your account may be charged for the emergency support).
CWS does not recognize any web design emergencies.
Before creating ticket, please consult the FAQ's.   CWS kindly requests that you only use phone support for emergency situations or during these hours: Monday thru Friday, 5PM - 10PM and Saturday, 10AM - 4PM (Closed Sunday).
